8 c PET Lite milk
Sugar Substitute equivalent to 1/2 c Sugar
4 c Strawberries
8 Pineapple, slices, canned
16 tb Pineapple Juice, from can
2 c Orange Juice
Put all ingredients in a home freezer and freeze according to instructions. Exchanges: Each 1 cup Serving equals
1 Milk and 3/4 Fruit.
